Our Story
MIVIA was born from lived experience — the kind that breaks you open and invites you to rebuild with intention.
With over two decades spent in the high-performing world of corporate leadership, Monica Delaney-Teran knew what it meant to succeed on paper. But behind the polished roles and accolades was a woman quietly unraveling. After a challenging pregnancy in 2011 and navigating postpartum depression without the community or tools she needed, Monica began a journey that would change everything.
That season cracked her open... mentally, emotionally, spiritually. And in the aftermath, something awakened: an inner knowing. A deep, intuitive call to realign. As she healed, her gifts as an empath and intuitive guide emerged. What began as survival became self-discovery. What felt like loss became her spiritual rebirth.
As a proud first-generation Bolivian-American woman, Monica’s path was never paved with privilege. She rose through grit, resilience, and a desire to make her family’s sacrifices mean something. With no generational wealth, elite networks, or traditional safety nets, she carved her way forward, earning executive leadership roles and generating over $7B in contract growth across government and commercial sectors. But the more she achieved externally, the more she felt called to integrate something deeper: purpose.
That’s why MIVIA was created, not as a brand, but as a sanctuary for the soul. The name itself holds deep meaning: “mi vía” — “my path” or “my journey” in Latin and Spanish — a reflection of the personal evolution Monica experienced, and the journey she now supports others through.
MIVIA exists to serve people, not just problems, helping them rediscover who they are, realign with what matters, and rise through healing, courage, and connection. Whether through energy work, coaching, or community circles, it offers space to meet yourself where you are, and lovingly walk forward.
Through her own transformational journey, Monica became the guide she once needed. Her work now bridges intuition and strategy, the personal and the professional. Her philosophy is grounded in self-love, compassion, and soulful accountability, honoring both the mess and the miracle of growth.

Monica Delaney-Teran is a wellness practitioner, spiritual mentor, intuitive guide, and transformational coach.
She is also a seasoned executive leader, speaker, and the founder of MIVIA LLC — a personal services sanctuary created to help others rise from the inside out.
With 22+ years in corporate and federal spaces, Monica has held Vice President and Sr. Director roles, leading multimillion-dollar initiatives and supporting high-performing teams across public and private sectors. Her coaching work has helped hundreds of individuals unlock their potential, navigate transitions, and align their lives with meaning.
But her most powerful work comes from lived experience — from spiritual awakening, motherhood, cultural identity, and the sacred unraveling that brought her back to herself. A certified Reiki Master, Master Life Coach, and Gallup Strengths Coach, Monica blends practical tools with intuitive wisdom to help clients move through healing, discovery, and growth.
She believes that empowerment is not a one-size-fits-all destination — it’s a reclamation. And she’s here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, your rhythm, your healing, and your power.
