Day 1 (~10am - 5pm) Day 2 (~10am - 1pm) Begin your Reiki journey with an immersive two-day training focused on the foundations of Usui Reiki. Learn the history and principles of Reiki, energy awareness, grounding, intuitive development, self-healing techniques, hand positions, full-session flow, energy scanning, practitioner preparation, ethics, creating a healing environment, an introduction to Animal Reiki, and how to confidently integrate Reiki into your personal practice.
